There are Two Ways to enroll:

​

1) On-line

If you enroll on-line, one of our staff may call you to confirm the details of your sign up

2) In Person

If you are unable to visit the store, you may send someone to enroll for you

Most prescription orders are available to be delivered by our drivers to the patient's home or workplace in many parts of Fayette County, Tennessee

​

Someone must be present at time of delivery to sign for the medication

 

Medication cannot be left unattended (such as in a mailbox or other location) 

​

Some prescriptions are not eligible for delivery

​

The driver does not carry money or narcotics on board the vehicle
